Bridgwater Railway Station (10.0 miles)
Taxis are available outside the station (Beeline Taxis +44 (0)1278 444334). The bus service departs from Bridgwater Bus Station, either the No.14 service to Watchet or No.15 to Minehead (www.firstgroup.com for timetables). The bus stops in the villages of Nether Stowey and Holford either side of the Castle of Comfort (not within walking distance). Journey time is approximately 30 minutes. We are happy to collect guests from either set-down point by prior arrangement.
Taunton Railway Station (20.5 miles)
Taxis are available from the rank outside the station. The distance and rural destination make an advance price check advisable. Please note that the bus service from Taunton to Nether Stowey is very infrequent (Service 23B from the stop at Taunton Rail Station Bridge) and you are very strongly advised to check times and availability in advance of travel (www.hatchgreencoaches.co.uk, +44 (0)1823 480338).
